Stock incident: Document printing
Printable documents can be generated when confirming a stock incident. This allows the generated document to be attached to or placed on the goods for which the incident is raised. For example, a label can be placed on damaged or broken goods.
Print configuration
Print configuration can be set up in the ‘Stock Incident’ tab of the ‘Warehouse Definition’ window of the back office. When the ‘Print ID’ checkbox is enabled, the ‘Warehouse Printer’ and ‘Print ID Template’ fields become visible. Select the appropriate printer and ‘Print ID’ template to use for printing the stock incident document.
Print order creation
Whenever a stock incident changes from ‘Draft’ status to any other status, print orders are automatically generated with a reference to the created stock incident.
Printing a transport label
The generated print orders are displayed in the ‘Print Management’ window, where the records can be selected and printed. Check the Print management documentation for more details.
