The Store Stock Management Solution (SSMS) offers comprehensive receiving functionality to assist warehouse operators in processing incoming goods from various sources. These operations ensure accurate inventory tracking and proper stock management as products arrive at your location.
There are 3 types of documents from which reception tasks can be created:

Delivery notes. They are documents included in shipments of goods sent out to customers. They include the list and amount of goods enclosed in the shipment but not the price of the items since that information is usually included on the invoice.

Purchase orders. They are orders that, once reserved, will be received from external suppliers. These documents register the products and/or services and the conditions under which they were purchased.

Distribution orders. They are transfer orders to move items from one location of the organization’s supply chain to another location of the supply chain.
